Shiloh Resort Abusive and insane! Clarington Pennsylvania

This place is a wonder. A wonder of filth and atmosphere of harrasment. My little Grandson's and I moved our tiny trailer in there for the season until our land was ready for occupancy. We paid for 2 weeks that were remaining of the month when we moved in.  VERY shortly after we moved there, within 2 days, the owner rode his golfcart up to my home and started SCREAMING at my boys who were playing in the lot. Accusing them of "destroying the bathrooms in the bath house".

I ran outside to see what was going on to find my boys half scared to death. I explained that water gets into the CARPETED, gross, filthy bath houses because they make people leave the door open. When it rains, as it did, the floor gets wet. Not sure why he chose my boys to yell at, but I told him to never approach them again and that if he had an issue, come to ME.

Over the next 2 weeks, it was horrible. You were afraid to even GO outside or hear that stupid golf cart coming your way. I then had the manager hand me a typed letter stating the "new owners" were evicting everyone, we had 30 days to move and owed nothing to anyone. This was August 4th, 2018. The one other seasonal tennent got the same notice.

Well, I guess I didn't have to pay rent that was due the next day. I had already been looking for another place to go within days of arriving. Gross, filthy, no store, nothing for children to do, BAD behavior by the owners both. He approched my trailer at 9 Am on August 9th and demanded his rent. I explained that per the notice I had received, I owed nothing and was confused.

He yelled at me demanding his rent money. I again asked which one, the notice or his demand was the one I am supposed to regard? He then pointed his finger IN MY FACE and YELLED " SHUT UP!!" to me!!!! I smacked his hand away from my face and told him to never talk to me like that again. He tried to take the notice, but I got it back. He went outside and unplugged my power and threw the cord under the trailer! I went out and plugged it back in. He then went to the main power box and turned off ALL power to that part of the campground and padlocked it!!!

I had to call the police to get it settled. Terrified my Grandson's! This place is a RIP OFF.
