Eschelon and Michael Lee Deceptive and Unethical Business Practices VALENCIA Nationwide

In August of 2011, I was approached by Michael Lee with Eschelon Merchant Services.  As a large processor of credit cards, he told me I could get a wholesale rate.  I owned my own terminal, but he insisted I had to use their terminal.  I never received a copy of the "lease" agreement so when I tried to cancel with this company, I was told I have a contract until August.  This is his motis operandi which I realized when reading reports on the internet.  He knows exactly what he is doing by trying to slide lease agreements through by not disclosing this information.  Do not do busines with Michael Lee who is a wholesale broker but seems to work mostly with Northern Leasing and Eschelon which is headquartered out of New York.  If you need to sue them, you have to go to New York.  But I can sue Michael Lee personally which is an avenue I am looking into because he is based out of Los Angeles.
