Ship Your Car Now LLC Stay Clear! Unscrupulous Sales Tactics Boca Raton Internet

I was looking to obtain quote to ship two vehicles and put the information out on the internet.  I was immediately bombarded with quotes via email and telephone from brokers.  One particular broker, John Messina of Ship Your Car Now LLC was very persistent.  I decided to use another company that did not require my credit card information up front.  By that time, John had already posted the haul on Central Dispatch as his.  I called and told him to take my name off of the board as I was not going to use his comany, which after much argument he finally did.  This was in April.  

As the time grew closer to my haul of June 1st, John continued to call me in an attempt to get my business and credit card number.  I told him that I was not going to use his company.  I never verbally agreed and for sure never signed anything.  Days before my haul, he arbitrarily posted my haul with Central Dispatch as Ship Your Car Now's with a price of $800 above his original quote to me!  I called him over and over again to tell him to take that information off of the board as he was sabotaging my haul with a price like that and I Was Not his client.  He refused to take my calls so I had to leave voice messages.  I called the Ship Your Car Now's customer service telephone number and was told that the company I was using could not provide a driver, etc.  I said I didn't want to hear his spiel, I am not using them and to take that erroneous information off of the board and he Hung Up On Me! I called Central Dispatch directly and told them what this company was doing.  SYCN did not return Central Dispatch's request and still never took this information off of the board.  Even with these unscrupulous attempts to impair my haul, the company I did hire was able to obtain a driver for the original price quote they gave me.

This has been a nerve racking experience to say the least.  Ship Your Car Now is so desparate for business that they will use any unethical means possible to get it.  The harrassment they caused was the most unprofessional I have ever experienced.  If you are looking to ship your vehicle, stay far, far away from Ship Your Car Now.
