Shipley's Homes, Frankie Shipley, Trae Shipley, William F Shipley Completely destroyed our new modular home on set up and never completed the work. columbia South Carolina

We agreed to purchase a new modular home from shipley's homes in Columbia Sc in Janurary 2014. We paid these crooks $5000.00 to cut, clear and haul off the debris off of 1.2 acres of land. he cleared only half the land and left the debris piled up and refused to clear the rest of the lot or haul off his mess, why would we agree to pay that much for a days work with no way to haul it off. The home was delivered in March 2014, and set on foundation, when they set it they did not check underneath and set it on the electrical cable and pinched off approx 7 ft which we just found out janurary 11, 2015 and could have caused a fire, the house was shimmed to high and through the center of the home is not even, the floor is bowed causing the walls to bow out and the walls are seperating from the ceiling. We paid extra to have the garden tub and stock shower removed to have a 4ft by 6ft walk in tiled shower against the back wall to be handicapped accessible, these moron came in and put a plastic pan and throwed tiles all over the walls on the side wall around our window, he punctured a water line behind the wall and we had to put a shut off on the line just to get water to the house without flooding the bathroom, the shower is unusable and looks like a 2 year old did the work, i caught him and we argued over the mess and he stated this is what we get just to pass inspection then he took off. we sent him a 30 day certified letter to fix his mess, he came out, looked around and left. Also, he busted our septic tank with the back h*e, and tried to hide it, but we found out, he admitted he broke it, said he would fix it, he found an old dolly on the propety, throwed it over and covered it up, well, the tank caved in and when we uncovered it, we found the dolly, now he said for us to find a guy to fix it he would pay for it, we did, sent him the price and now he refuses to fix it or anything around here. DO NOT DEAL WITH SHIPLEYS HOMES, call cavaleer homes, a clayton dealer and ask them about the liars and crooks also, check the bbb.com website as these other people are having the same problems. IF YOU DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE. I WOULD BE GLAD TO LET ANYONE COME SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW BAD THIS IS. BUYER BEWARE.
