Charged 245% more than quotes (Quote was $1,600 with a few additional charges which ended up being $3,926). When I questioned the cost, I was told that I could take the goods back from New Jersey Port (they had been picked up from NYC) but it would cost me over $1,000 to release them - I was already back living in Europe so this was obviously not an option. No one would talk to me on the phone - when I asked to speak with a manager via email - I received short emails which seemed totally fake " Hi, my name is Mr. Campbell. I am the manger. I really wish we can discount more but the reality is we have no room to do so.". This company basically forces you to pay whatever they change their price to be as they have possession of your life belongings.

Told goods would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. I booked travel accordingly and have to change international flights as goods took over 6 weeks to deliver.
