We thought we were hiring a professional shipping company to haul our boat, and after numerous truckers being dispatched (NONE of whom cared if SYCN EVER called them back), and paying a deposit of $4300, we were forced to take matters into our own hands, and found a shipper for $6000, far less than the $10,000 SYCN quoted. When we tried to get our deposit back, as they failed to deliver on their end after almost 60 days, we were told they already had insurance and permit costs, and they are losing 25% more, by keeping our money. They are refusing to release the deposit to us, and are now threatening slander litigation if we dont take down the bad reviews weve posted on numerous sites. Insult to injury, just shows the integrity this company possesses, so do yourself a favor, and avoid SYCN at all costs
