Shoe Metro Only gave me half of money back for my return, after I paid shipping fees out of my own pocket. San Diego California

this company is a complete rip off, buyers beware. I purchased some puma running shoes from them that did not fit, too small. So I returned them paying shipping fees out of my own pocket. They took their sweet time processing my refund and when they did, they only refunded me half of what I paid for. And when I tried getting a hold of them multiple times all they did was copy and paste their terms with me. I felt like I was having a coversation with a machine. I will never purchase from them again and I advise everyone to stay away from Shoe Metro.
