Shoesworld Do not buy from Shoesworld Singapore Internet

 I ordered a pair of new balance running shoes on August 2nd 2016 and as of August 28th have not received the shoes and the company, Shoesworld, refuses to answer my emails. It's a very professional website that says all the right things. They even put shoes on sale. Well I just looked them up and found out they have scammed a lot of people. The payment went to Chen Guo Chang which I assume is someone's name. It's also interesting that at about this time someone began using my email to send out solicitations for money so I had to change my email. I paid through PayPal and they need to cut this scammer loose, especially since they've apparently been receiving complaints for several years. I'm hoping to get my money back but this scumbag is now damaging Paypal's reputation at this point as long as they're associated with him.
