I ordered a box of hot chocolate from Shoffee.com on 1/16/09. The order was "completed" and I was given a tracking number. Somehow the order became damaged while in transit to me and UPS returned it to Shoffee.com. I have tried to call several times and have also emailed numerous times to see if they are going to re-ship or credit me, but have had no return calls or e-mails! Now I have no hot chocolate, nor a credit and I'm out $17.30. Beware, if you have a problem with your order, there is NO customer service to remedy it!

I received my order today as promised and to my surprise, they not only shipped my box of Gloria Jeans Hot Cocoa, but 3 more brands of Hot Cocoa also!!! They have definitely made up for the problem with the first order! I would highly recommend ordering from Shoffee.com! Thank you!!

First of all, I have to say that Shoffe.com has redeemed itself and their customer service and has made my order right! I just recieved a call from the owner today, Feb. 4th, personally apologizing for how my order was taken care of. He is over-nighting my new order and adding some extra hot chocolate to make it right! I am really impressed by this and would definitely recommend ordering from Shoffee.com in the future! I would have to say, in the end, that was great customer service! Thanks guys!
