Placed an order on 12/25/08 for 5 items. I received an email on 12/26 saying the order was "complete". My credit card was charged for all 5 items, one of which was back-ordered. I sent 3 emails to orders@shoffee.com and 1 to joe@shoffee.com requesting tracking info on my alleged shipment. Also made several phone calls but only received a voicemail message.

On 1/7/9, I got a voicemail from the owner Joe stating that he was waiting for the backordered item before shipping. I could not get him by phone, so I emailed my desire to have the in-stock items sent asap. On 1/9/9, I received an email stating that a 2nd day air shipment was on the way.
No explanantion for the down time or why the order was billed and not shipped, but it looks like they're still in business.
