Shooter-Auctions.com has been in business approx 1 month. In that time we have had over 300 satisfied bidding customers. On the night in question this gentelman was under the impression that he had won an FN FNP 9mm handgun. He had purchased $6 in bids and been given another 10 for his purchase for a total of 20. Our servers crashed when his bid was approx $1.12 which he immediately paid even though our directions clearly say DO NOT PAY until contacted by the seller. Because of the crash, we were able to go back and clearly document that more than 75 other bids had been placed above and beyond this persons bids clearly indicating a system failure and server crash. It clearly stipulates in our Ts and Cs that any condition that results in conflicting data during an auction can make it null and void. We not only replaced every bid placed but also replaced in excess of bids placed. Since this happened, this person went on to win 2 seperate auctions (which were shipped )on our site with a combined value of over $30...This is the second site this person has posted defamatory accusations against my site and I take it seriously. I may not be able to have you remove these false accusations, but just because you keep this post on your site does not mean I cannot go after this individual for defamation and liable for costing my business. I have all of his contact information in his registration; twice.....the second time when he registered and tried to get more free bids under his "brothers name" but used the same email address. I can verify that he was only charged shipping on one item out of consideration, I can verify that he registered twice to spoof the system, I can verify the crashed server and his winning claim is false and that there were a large number of other people who outbid him.

The person below has posted this twice under two seperate "Anonymous" names. But his name is Jamal and I believe that if there are accusations to be made. Do it in the light of day. There can be no recourse for somebody who is telling the truth and has nothing to hide.
