They called me out of the blue. They told me they got my information from where I registered my Mavis Beacon software that I purchased from Overstock.com. They told me since I registered with Borderbund I was eligible to recieve software for at discount, and so many other great items. Also I could buy ink cartridges for my printers at 80% off retail. They told me for a 1 time fee of 19.95 (that was after a $20.00 in free software when I log into my account) I would have access to purchase the many software titles and also get the discounted ink for my printers. Then they told me for a 1 time fee of 49.95 I had a lifetime membership to be able to purchase these items. I told her I was not interested in any lifetime membership. She told me it was free for the first 30 days. I started noticing multiple charges come out of my account for payments to them. 2 in 1 day. I contacted them immediately and was then told that I had to call and canel after 30 days and was never orginally told that. As a matter of fact I asked her and she said no she would make note of the denial then. So when I was charged all those charges it overdrew my account and caused numerous bank fees. I had no clue they were going to continue to charge me. Let alone charge me Twice in one day. I am so upset If I knew the address I would drive there personally and handle this situation like I did back in Grade school.
