This company is unreal. About a year ago, I signed up to get their first time $9.00 jewelry just to help them out.  I received the necklace (really chip not worth buying sort of necklace) and they they charged me $9.00 on my credit card.  I understood that it was a membership and they would ship me a necklace a month.  But two weeks later my credit card was charged $68 dollars twice and received two more necklaces.  So I called the company and asked them to cancel my account and credit back my money.  I sent back the two necklaces and up to today, they did  not credit my $68x2 back.

Yesterday (12/10/09) I received a package from Haute Jewelry Direct. I decided to open it since I wasn't sure where it came from. I was outraged.. I opened the jewelry box to find out a similar necklace from Danielle Jewelry.  I called their 800 number and I got no response.  I called again and it was a recording stateting that their staff were helping other costumers.  So I decided to go online and do research on the company.  Comes to find out, there are so many complaints about the company.  I decided to called my credit card company and found out that they charged me twice on 11/20 and 11/27 for $89 each.  I'm so frustrated that I am not able to get in touch with them.  My credit card company is going to help me dispute it.  Dani or whatever that company name has to be stopped. 

DO NOT TRUST THEM.  Make sure to do research on a company before helping them out.
