 Hello, I received my binoculars and am very disappointed. I was interested in these because your listing stated; "Binoculars appear to be in good condition." Knowing you can't be experts on everything prompted me to ask point blank questions which were; 1. Is the view seen through these sharp and clear?... Answer...View is clear. 2. Is there any double vision?...Answer....No double vision. 3. Any debris trapped inside such as dirt, mold, moisture and such?....Answer...No debris The #1 question was answered half correct and half incorrectly because one side or barrel of the binoculars is sharp and clear but the other side is so bad you can't see through it. The answer to question #2 was correct. There is no double vision. The answer to question #3 is incorrect because the reason you can't see through one side is the amount of mold and debris is so heavy and thick it covers the entire lens. I am enclosing pictures showing exactly what I have told you. We as your customers MUST trust and depend upon your eyes seeing for us and then answering our questions AFTER looking and checking what was asked. I paid $17.21 shipping cost + $7.00 item cost based on direct questions that were NOT properly answered. The reason I ask questions is because I can't afford to bid, buy and pay for unusable items. I read your policy saying "if there was a major distortion in the description" which of course there is but after I take the time and efforts to ask questions and your answers are 100% responsible for my bidding then it's hard for me to understand my being penalized the shipping cost after doing everything you asked me to do before bidding. And of course I would not have bid had the answers reflected the actual condition of the binoculars. I am attaching pictures and await your directions.
