Shop NBC And Viscom Technilogy ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent on their product Nationwide

Totally agree with all the comments and complaints on your website. I had this computer less than three weeks, countless hours of loading the "restoreing system program" because the computer started to slow down. Everything started to take more time to download even my own applications.

Internet...forget it. So I decided to give digital life line a try. That itself was adventure. They took forever to answer back. When they did, their solution was to restore my system. I restored this computer so many times, I'm surprise it didn't explode. One day, I decide to check hard drive space. Guess what, I went from 96.7 GB to 45.3 GB. What the hell is going on? I called the technical support from Viscom Tech. with their assistant and they told me that eveytime I restore my system it will take spacefrom hard drive.

Their solution was to shutdown my computer completely and reboot while pushing F4 button but with warning, every files I created will be lost. Just like the first time I received this computer, start from the beginning. I've done this 5 times and each time require 4 to 5 hours just reloading all my software and not counting deleting alot of their software I don't need.Some of them I still have purchase because the software is demo mode. I will not tell any of family and friends I bought this computer. I will tell I rebuild and upgrade my old one.

I have not had one day where I can just enjoy this computer without doing something to it. Since all these reloading and restoring cause computer to not preform the way should. I notice it really has change since it arrive in home. I spent $1700 for this computer and I've could of done better, alot better. For $1700 I spected worry free computer. Count me in.
