I purchased my computer from shop NBC/Viscom in Dec 2003 based onthe TV add on their informercial. This computer did everything including having the ability to record TV programs
They advertized to TV tuner as being able to record live as well as tv programs as simple as 1,2,3. Well when I received my computer I was extremely excited because my old computer and HP was still using windows 98.
The computer locked up on me within 3 days while I was uninstalling all the junk to make a long story short I have had my computer since Dec 2003 I just got it back friday and it still does not work right.
I have had the service tech out 4 times at least 20 conversations with digital lifeline who cannot resolve anything and the v2premeir technicians who can't seem to solve any problems except for the ones cthat can be resolved with the system restore program.
I want my money back!!!!
