shop nbc ripoff false promises ripoff deception Columbus Ohio

i bought this in may 2002.i thought after listening to them on shop nbc that the computer package was a good deal.

i put it on their charge cvard for 6 months interest free.

I havent made a payment yet because i am very disatisfied with it.

I could not get hooked on line for 2 weeks.

The cds did not come with it that i was supposed to get.

I have called several time and cant get things fixed.

The computer does not want to work like it should.

They just keep passing the buck to someone else.

None of them seem to act like they ever seen a computer before
