Shop to Buy, Unlimited Travel Services, SAMI USA, US Benefits, EDP Technologies Corp, Shopping Discounts ( ynotshoppersedge.com), Buyer's Edge, IMS, International Magazine Service, IMS Phoenix Magazine,Preferred Shoppers Edge are all run by the same people. There are more c ompanies out there.
The charges were never authorized. No one at the companies responds to phone calls as all calls are answered by machines. Calls are not returned
Charges appeared on checking statement. Repeated messages left to remove charges were ignored.
Email contact is ignored or not available. There is no product or service provided.
It was several months before I realized that I was being charged for something I did not order as I did not look closely at the line items on my checking account statement and did not receive any mail or membership notification or insurance policy from the companies via email or US Mail.

I would like a complete refund from Shop to Buy (Preferred Shoppers Edge) AND Privacy Solutions for the 14 months of unauthorized charges to my checking account. The total is $418.60.
I would like detailed explanation of their shady practices. I want them to detail how my banking information was compromised.
I have been trying for a year to get resolution.
