I just found out thought my research shopcartusa.com and several other clearing sites belonging to the same east coast scamers is now running oldest bait and switch trick online, the scam works by luring the customers to their website by promising lowest possible price on digital products but buyer will never receive what they ordered unless customers is forced through their cheap sales tactics to purchase extras accessories otherwise you will be told the item is out of stock and you will be offered a convenient way to cancel the order or wait 2 month. www.shopcartusa.com is working with several partners most likely the all belong to the same operation.

Here is my experience with one of their vendors broadwayphoto.com I order an Olympus Stylus 790-SW over 2 weeks ago, first during ordering it clearly showed item was available in stock and still is showing they have this unit available!! I get an email the next day asking me to call them for some verification process ok!!! I call this vendor only to find out it was basically a bait and switch scam I was offered to buy some expensive accessories along with their so called lowest price unit after I refused to purchase any accessory then I was told I am going to receive my product in one week. After 2 days I get an email saying this item is out of stock and it will take 2 month before it is available and I was conveniently offered an easy way to cancel my order, you are not fooling anyone with your cheap sales tactics. Total waste of time
