 I was sent a Doc Johnson Rabbit, which all women know are quite expensive, and they won't just let me do an exchange. They want me to take photos of the broken parts and send it to them. From there, they will send it to the vendor for an "investigation." As a consumer it is not my problem if the store purchased a broken item from a vendor. The store alone is responsible to me, the person they took money from. They will not give me a return authorization number so I can send it back for one in working order. On top of not allowing me to exchange the broken item, it took me a while to find a way to contact them, as they do not have people answer their customer service number. You are forced to leave a message and they say they will call you back. No one called me back. They also don't have a customer service number on their website and I had to google it separately. When I attempted to do an exchange through the online system, the first few days it said my order was not found. When I emailed them through the online contact firm, they did not get back to me. Several days after I began trying to contact them, the website finally recognized my order number. I then attempted to do the online exchange form when it said someone would contact me with an RA number to return it. Instead, 3 days later someone emailed me to say they had to do an investigation with the vendor. This company has done everything possible to prevent the customer from being able to make an exchange for working products from hiding their contact information, to ignoring their online contact forms, and disregarding their responsibilities of sending the consumer working products that they have paid for
