My experience: I never received merchandise.
I would like to contact someone for connecting me to Shopfans' legal department, once apparently I am not getting success through service channel.
I have made several requests about my merchandises, once it seems to be lost.
Shopfans gave me tracking numbers they get from their ship partners (USPS and Asendia) so this way I could follow my parcels. But there is an obvious divergence on these tracking numbers while both companies screen different status for the same package.
Let's see USPS tracking number and corresponding Asendia ones
