Shopflash return 2 power storm vacuum 7/11/06 they dont work Eliot Maine

receive two power storm vacuum cleaner 6/28/06, on the invoice I wos billed for two steamers and accessories I did not receive.
run a test on the vacuum cleaners the suction on both vac wos weak. so they ship two weak vacuun cleaner, and bill my credit card for things I did not receive.

return two power storm vacuum 7/11/06, fedex charge $13.54 to ship the return, shpoflash charge $57.00 for shippnig.

I have made many phone call only to frustrate my self by the long wait on the phone no respond, calls made august 2nd 11th 17th ,9/20/06 , 8/18/06 send a mail to milinex p.o. box 394

I have copyies of shipping invioce from shopfalsh.
and shopping invoice from fedex when I return the product to shpoflash.at this point all want is my $213.09 back
