Placed an internet order for the vacuums based on the infomercial.Did not receive an email confirming the order.

They billed my account on 11/1/2006, but I could not contact them because there were no phone numbers for customer service online (which by-the-way is against Visa rules for internet commerce).

Got a shipment on 11/14/06. I called on 11/15/06 because the product came without the included tools, and shipping was $37.00!Cheap plastic vacuums that are worth a fraction of what was charged.

Got a rep on the phone. Her solution was to have me ship back what I received in order for them to ship out the tools. Meanwhile my bank account was billed since 11/1 for more money than the third they should have taken out. I told the rep that I would be responsible for paying for the return of the vacuums as well as being billed for the new shipment, which made not sense. She said she had to check with her supervisor, left me on hold and never came back to the phone.

I called back and got Linda. She claimed that the rest was probably on back order. I told her that I had the invoice in front of me with zero (0) under the back order column.

She claimed her supervisor had it on his desk and was working on it, but that it would take at least a week to get any information back. (?) She finally gave me her supervisor's name as a Mario Scolo. I asked to speak with Mr. Mario Scolo, butI was not allowed.

I mentioned that I had looked at their company on the internet that morning, and was concerned about what people were reporting. She indicated that she only worked there and had nothing to do with anything.

At that point I called my bank to have my bank card cancelled have a new one re-issued, filled out a dispute form to get my money back.

This is an outrage! I could not believe the reports online about these people. I research most products like, phones, PDA's, cameras, etc. prior to choosing, but this time I did not.

I knew it was no Kirby, but those vacuums are beyond cheap. I would've done better just going to Walmart!

I am open to any class action suit that develops. They are just like MCI was before their outrage was put to a stop. I want people to go to jail for this!
