I ordered Swarovski Havaianas from shopflipflops.com to wear to the reception at my wedding. They cost $77.77. I ordered them on March 15th, and received them weeks later on April 3rd. When I received the package, I noticed that it was wrapped in cheap brown paper bag material. The return address was from Brazil. The box which contained the flip flops were completely damaged. When I opened the box up, the flip flops were dirty, and looked like a little kid glued crystals on them. The crystals were NOT swarovski, and most of the so-called crystals weren't even on the flip-flops when I received them. They were extraordinarily cheap looking; I couldn't believe a company would send a product to a consumer that was such low quality.
Immediately, I tried to contact the company, I called 1-877-636-1573... It wasn't even a real number! All I heard was a recording that said you've reached technologies, and then the call was dropped. I called on my cell as well as my home number and heard the same message.
I also sent them an email and did not get anything in return but an automated response email. I was hoping that I could possibly return these hideous shoes, but it looks like I'm out of luck!
I googled the website and realized that many other people have had similar problems. After reading a lot of the scam reports, I guess I should be happy I received something in general! ha!
Don't waste your money purchasing anything from this website I'm sad I didn't see the other postings all over the internet about this website before I purchased from them, they're really pathetic!

some of us are fortunate to have partial delivery
but there are a lot of us have not even receive a single sent
i trully believe shopflipflops have done a very good job covering up there bad service and scamming ways
i received my partial orders and i must say all their stocks have no tags and dirty i have to clean them myself in order that it will be presentable to my clients

Shop Flip Flops is KNOWN for thier high quality swarovski havaianas. The above poster is obviously incorrect and posting a false review.
We only use real swarovski crystals for all our crystal havaianas and have hundreds and hundreds of excellent reviews, feedback about our quality of customized havaianas.
We can replace any swarovski havaianas pairs damaged in the mail and only need to have the original pairs shipped back to us in the USA.
This would have been known to any buyer of our products.
