Bought a doll and received her damaged but not in shipping. Damage waa not disclosed. Only way to get a refund would be to pay over $30 in shipping which would be my expense to receive a $10 refund. On the plus side, I am "only out" $25 (original cost with shipping), but they have lost a good customer. Since most purchases include outrageous shipping and handling charges, i am going back to eBay. And after reading many reviews on shill bidding and realizing I have seen it in action, my decision to not shop with them anymore is confirmed. While there might be a few honest branches of SGW out there, I think they have truly gone to the dark side. What a shame! Won't be donating to them anymore in addition.

When I found I wasn't getting anywhere with this particular branch of Shopgoodwill, I filed a complaint with the main office. To my surprise and pleasure, I was contacted by them. After discussing my complaint, he understood and agreed with me. I was completely refunded my money and he intended to look into how three people managed to miss something so obvious. So while I still won't spend money with this particular branch, I am happy to say the situation was satisfactorily resolved.
