Shopinprivate, Priveco Charged for product, didn't deliver product, ignored my emails about it. Ripoff Hazel Park Michigan

I placed an order at Shopinprivate.com on May 16 (a Wednesday). I paid for Express Shipping (1-2 business days, 3 at most).
My debit account was charged, and I recieved an email the next day saying my product had been shipped.
My product has yet to arrive (5 days later, 4 of which were business days as far as shipping goes).
I sent an email on May 19, but did not get a reply. I sent another email today (May 21), but so far have still not received a reply.
This company seems to be a scam. They claim to be an alternative to facing the embarrassment of buying certain medical supplies and adult toys in a store, but they are just out to scam people.

Hi, This is Tom, the founder and owner of PriveCo Inc. I know that after reading the above information, you probably think that my company is some terrible group of people. This really is not the case. We are a small company, just 9 people that work very hard to sell items that are embarrassing to buy at the store or pharmacy.
I am sorry that I can't say exactly what happened in this particular case, but I can say that our company has shipped over 400,000 parcels to people all over the world. In the 10 years we have been in business we have consistently received Yahoo! shoppings "Top Service" rating and we have always been a Better Business Bureau member in excellent standing.
We are fairly easy to get a hold of. We keep standard business hours of 9-5PM Eastern Time, we have a 1-800 number and we have a full time person to answer the phone and e-mail. If a person calls on a Friday at 5:30 Eastern time, it can take us until Monday to reply, but I think that this is reasonable.
Not knowing exactly which person wrote this complaint makes it difficult to comment upon, but I am sure that we would have credited him for the entire order if he was not satisfied.
I am sure that we have also apologized to the customer and I would like to repeat that apology.
I can tell you that PriveCo is not a scam, nor is it a ripoff. PriveCo Inc. is the world's most private company, we sell items that are embarrassing to buy in person and we do so privately.
