ShopNBC & Viscom Technology rip-off Chaska Minnesota

I ordered my computer from ShopNBC on T.V. in September -(manufactured by Viscom Technology) and received it in October. I have not been able to use is since mid-December. I have had to request 5 parts, just about everything except the mouse and keyboard. The technician came to my house to replace the CPU fan and found out that the motherboard was also broke.

He ordered a new motherboard on January 4, and I have been calling everyone and written letters. So far I have spoken to about 35 people between ShopNBC and Viscom. I have been told the motherboard was on its way to me in early January and then told it was on back order and then it was shipped and then again it was on back order.

I have had no use of this computer and find it insulting to be treated this way. I requested a refund months ago (after my 30 days were up) and was told not enough things were wrong with it to warrant a refund, ha ha. I refuse to put another cent into this, nor will I pay someone to rectify this problem but would be happy to speak to anyone about this problem.

Just recently, I have written letters to every news channel and some radio stations, including every executive at NBC (parent company of ShopNBC) and I am awaiting a response from someone. I also spoke to one of the "boys" in the ShopNBC Presidents Club and he tried to appease me but couldn't. He said to wait for part, etc. Now I've been waiting for months.

I want a full refund on this piece of s____ and will accept no less. I would love to see all of us who have complaints about this computer on the "O'Reilly Factor, or Howard Stern to put these people out of business or maybe even in jail. They are thieves.
