ShopNBC, V2premier, Viscom rip-off Chaska Minnesota

I ordered this computer June26,2002.I'm handicapped so I'd been looking for the right computer that had everything I'd need to have a business at home. I orderedthe V19621 LCD 8lb monitor.It came with a Lexmark fax, scanner, and copier. Along with that would come a camera with a memory card for 500 pics. So many things to do with the pics, I couldn'twait. I got it all right!I couldn't carry the monitor inthehouse without 2 other people.

Tha computer didn't work It took 5 months of the mos frustrating gray-hair turning "tech help calling, I've ever lived through.I had to finally order new memory for my neww computer. Another month.This all took so long because they needed time to go by so I'd get stuck with this huge monitor, non working computer that came with the -=no memory- card camera and the fax machine ,which also doesn't work.The old one month return, then forget it, it's yours.

ShopNbc also led mr to believe this computer came with a dvd player with speakers and a camcorder. It didn'tr. Another $650.00 down the tubes. The dvd player came. thats it. No speakersa, no camcorder. Then they had the nerve to steal unauthorized, I must add, over $600.00 from mt bank account.

With all this nonworking stuff, they still had the nerve to send a collection agency after me to pay the almost $2,000 for the stupid mess that was sent to me. I am still getting the run around from v2premier-especially. they keep giving me #'s to call to see about the monitor, the memory card, the no fax,etc. No one will take responsibility for anything! I have all this crap, and I'm getting worse ,(physically).My life is filled with daily pain, and these noncommital,nincompoops are giving me the worst emotionasl pain, not to mention frustration and the biggest,never-ending run around I"ve ever had the discomfort to live through! At least I'm still alive, with no help or thanks to these phoney,non-caring,never helping con artists who simply play the " Pass the Buck "game. That,they do quite well!

Where can i GET ANY HELP? I need the V19621 LCD monitor, the memory card for the camera. a working Lexmark fax,scanner and copier and the speakers for the dvd player, and the camcorder, which, by the way, are all paid for - twice!

Please help me get what i need? They won't even let me return it and give me my money back. What do I do, where can I turn?
