I purchased a new computer one year ago from shopnbc and had good faith on my purchase but ha that was a joke.
My computer has had so many problems and now after the one year ended and my warrenty expired seven days later it really crashed and they were no help.
This was not a cheap purchase and I am so sorry for getting it.
They did not include a cd of windows so now I have to buy a recovery disk from them.(v2premier) How does a company get away with out giving you the cd?
This computer has been nothing but trouble.
The sales people for shopnbc should be ashamed for selling this computer.
