I placed a order on 11/26 with 20 mins reading the reviews and complaints I New the items was fake, because I seen NFL I thought it was authentic merchandise, so I decided to send three emails to cancel my order within 20mins of my order, I did not get a response until later that night, there asking why I want to cancel smh I reply The items have been shipped out and I just placed the order so I don't understand why me ask these questions , so they sent another email saying that if I decide I want to cancel I will receive 80% back, are you serious how is that i'm canceling it the same day I placed an order within 20 minutes , on their website it does not mention any fees will be taken due to canceling a order, poor customer service, fake. Fraudulent merchandise
