I was being charged by SHOPPER DISCOUNTS 800-8898776 CT 12$ every month. I did not realize this until 8 months. Finally I realized and called the shopper discounts guys, they mentioned to me that they got my credit card number from buy.com. I thought buy.com was a safe website, but looks like its not.
I told them to cancel my subscription and give me back my money. The customer care lady said they will give me back 6credits (which is for 6months) and she does not have the authority for the remaining 2months.
She sent me an e-mail asking to fill a form or something. I need to check that. But right now I seriously want to bash buy.com guys for allowing this. Lets see whether I will get my money back or not. I sure will update it.
