I have been getting a recurring monthly charge of $10.00 on one of my credit cards going back many months to when I clicked on a $20 discount on future orders from Sheet Music On Line. The customer service representative named Danielle would only credit me for 1 month's charge. She said that she would email me a form to get the balance of my money back but instead just sent an email confirming my account profile. She would not give me her last name and would not transfer me to a supervisor. She stated that the only way to get my money back was to fill out the "form" which was never sent. Future charges have been blocked by the credit card company. I will continue to pursue repayment. Any assistance for me and other consumers will be appreciated.
