shopper discounts.com came up as a pop up while i was on Doctors Foster and Smith i closed it out continued with what i was trying to order. When i tried to check out it took my information but wouldn't check out Internet

When I was currently on Doctors Foster and Smith, I tried to purchase a few items. When i reached the check out i recieved a pop-up from this ShoppersDiscounts, i closed it and continued with trying to check out. The site took my credit card information but would not let me complete my transaction. I thought nothing of this.
Then on December 22, 2009 I was checking my bank statement on line when i noticed a $12.00 withdrawl from this shopper discount.com. I did not order this nor do i want this product. I contacted my bank immediately and then tried to contact shopperdiscounts.com to which this site appearred.
I feel that this company needs to refund my money and be closed down.
