SHOPPERS LINK FINANCIAL AWARDS, INTERNATIONAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT, ONTARIO WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE SAY IT HAS TECHICAL DIFFICULTY, WILL NOT CONACT TO KELLY CARTER, CLAIM ANALYST ONTARIO, CANADA

I received a letter from "International Finance Department, Ontario" stating that I have won $55,000.00. A check was inclosed in the amount of $4,875.00. Its tells me that if I do not call within a certain time frame that the check will be declared null and my winnings will be unclaimed. My contact person is Kelly Carter at 1-416-877-0760. She is the Claim Analyst that I am supposed to contact before I cash this check. Each time I try to contact her, the phone rings, and rings. Then a voice message comes on the line stating that they are having technical difficulties. The message in the letter states, "The tax amount is $3,835.00. Payments will be made directly to your tax agent by using MONEY GRAM, located in Wal Mart stores and other Money Gram Locations".

The check name is JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA -- 110 W. Fayette Street -- Syracuse, NY 13201.
