I ordered from pyramidcollection.com, when i checked my order it was 19.99 over the order, Shopping Essentials.com took that money off my account without my premission or knowledge...I have written pyramid twice telling them if I dont get the 19.99 placed back on my account ASAP i am going to cancel my order, so far I have heard nothing as of yet.

pyramidcollection took 178.78 plus shipping out of my acct and never sent my order. were supposed to refund my money, but didnt. then today, they REcharged me for the same order, under a different DBA, and again, i called and told them i did NOT want their merchandise, & to refund my money immediately. well, i was told it would take 21 days for the money to be put back into my acct, even tho the woman i spoke to, Tiffany, told me that they *cant* switch 1 (cancelled) order number to a different company. but they did.

now i wait. hoping i will be able to pay my bills b4 they are shut off. i could budget them in once, for the 1st 200.00, when i ASSumed they were going to send me my order. but not again, when i did not order anything! so they are holding 400.00 of my money now. what a MESS!! very poor customer service. dont deal with this company! there are many reputable companies out there who DO have good customer service! ive found that for clothing, QVC has gr8 items, for good prices, and their customer service cannot be beat!

Oct 19, after sending out an email to let the pyramidcollection.com know I had filed a report against shopping essentials, also letting them know how upset I was, willing to cancel my order, I got an email from Shopping essentials: (This email confirms that your membership in Shopping Essentials+ has been cancelled on 10/19/2007. Your cancellation confirmation number is XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX. You do not need to do anything else to cancel your membership.) My money has been returned to my account, everything has been takeb care of in a matter of 1 day...I am very satisfied, however unsatisfied at how the shopping essentials sneakily does their 'RIP OFF BUSINESS" on people, What if I had not noticed, they would have kept my 19.99, how much money have they scammed off people that dont notice these things? Not a nice company at all!!!
