in filling out a survey, i was instructed to choose from a number of products or services. upon doing so i would have to pay for postage of $1. i have not recieved anything from this company in the mail, however i have been charged a $19.95 fee for no reason, apparently a service charge. I am attemping to recover my money through my bank since this company appears to be nonexistant.
