I want to highlight a very important issue. I believe that only you guys can help me.I used my HSBC credit card 3-4 times to make some purchases on www.shopping.indiatimes. But I wasn't aware that I was giving my information to the most fraudulent, greedy and shameless company ever. To my horror, they started charging my credit card for money every month, even when I did not purchase anything or even logged into their website. I mailed them several times and nobody ever replied. Astonishingly, they do not have a single contact number or customer support contact on their website. I also raised a credit dispute with my bank (HSBC),they've been unable to come up with any solution except for canceling my card and re-issuing a new one. However, I still do not have any word from Indiatimes.com. It seems that they do not exist physically. They just want people to use their credit card once on their website and then they regularly launder money in small amounts. I'm completely exasperated and shattered. I don't have the idea of the exact amount of money they may have charged my card. My credit card statements show that some money (ranging from 100 to 500) was being credited to Shopping.Indiatimes every month for last 4-5 months.Please Help. My indiatimes ID: **********
