Shoppingmuses Luxywatches Greatfashion Offered a watch for $6.99 S/H only. Charged me $99.98 for a monthly subscription that was not authorized.

After taking a online survey I was told I could have a watch just pay shiping of 6.99 My bill came and I was charged 99.98 I called the company and was told that the 6.99 was a 14 day trail if the watch was not returned then i was to pay 99.98 and was put in a monthly watch club that I would receive a watch each month at 99.98 and after the 14 days you were stuck with it no returns.

Their customer service said there was Terms & conditions link that spelled this out.  There no such link. They refused to reverse the charge but did cancel my account... presumably. I reported the fraudulent charge to my bank who will handle it from here. This offer was on Facebook for an Amazon gift card if i took a brief survey.  There was no gift card, just a bunch of useless cosmetic junk along with this watch.  The rreviews accompanying the watch, I now realixe, were obviously false.

Beware of phony merchandise offers for taking a survey.
