Shoreline Event Management Jaclyn Zepernick JZ Unprofessional, Deceptive, Unorganized, False and Manipulative Milford, Connecticut

I have been working with this "Company" for a short time now, and in the time I've been there I've been noticing some odd things that most legit normal business's do not do nor allow. When I was hired I was promised a base salary of $400.00 a week plus 30% commission of all products sold. We work from Monday through Saturday, from 8am to anywheres between 6-9pm, and only about and hour to an hour and a half are actually spent in the office, and that includes doing addtional training on areas that you are not doing so well in, and of course the over the top crazy rev'd up morning meetings, where Jaclyn spends most of the time talking about how successful she is, and how she got into her position in such a short short time, then says to the entire room, "I want you here with me, don't you want to be making a crap load of money?"

Sure, who doesn't want to make a crap load of money doing simple things like advertising and selling Nascar's FW1 waterless wash and wax products, but its all seeming to be a hoax and a scam, as there never used to be a base weekly salary until shortly before I became and employee of this company, and from what I've heard, it was only changed to that so Jaclyn was able to keep the people she had employed stay, as they were only making commission, which is ONLY 30% of what you make each day.

And then they choose these crappy a** gas stations that are seriously in the hood and "poor" areas of the city/town and are asked to get at least 8 people to say yes to you and make at least $300.00 per day in sales. From what people have told me, is you have to keep track of everything YOU do as in sales, and when Jaclyn says she's giving out bonus's. As Jaclyn is known for "stealing" back peoples money from their checks if they aren't tracking it, and plus Jaclyn makes YOU pay for any credit card that is declined from your sales, which is complete SH*T! Jaclyn is extremely unorganized and very unprofessional as in her business manner, and as an "owner" she is doing some ilegal things. 

For a business that is said known for how much it pulls in each week on sales, she should be able to pay her employees hourly, especially with how demanding she is about how late you should stay out, and if you didn't sell all that much, she will blame it on you and say it was your attitude, not the fact that the gas station or event was a pile of crap and slow.

And now the most recent thing to happen is, CT is supposed to be getting a Hurricane come Sunday night Monday morning, Jaclyn was supposed to of had the payroll down by Wednesday, but oops she didn't have it done on time (unorganized!) therefore no one recieved their, yes paper check checks on Friday morning like they were supposed to, but she claimed they would be there on Saturday morning, but guess what they weren't! Big surprise there! Then as the few people who went out to do their events on Saturday worked like pack mules, she sat in her office all day doing what - who knows! Although she claims to have been on the phone with the bank and shipping company of the checks who told her the checks were not in route due to the storm... Um, sorry poor excuse cause there is NO storm here right now!

Everyone is a little bit pissed off at the fact that she has no freaking clue as to what she is doing or how she is supposed to be running a business. Dept. Of Labor is definately going to be contacted and so is the IRS and the Milford, CT police department as she is pretty much running an ilegal sweat shop, get rich quick off other people scam and make them believe that in 6-9 months you could too be an owner of a scam business. For me, I am going to ride this "job" as far I as need to while I search for another job, while charting everything that happens in that office to have record of my own personal pay and the business's ilegal activity.
