My name is Kaan Orer and I signed a contract with short cuts lawn care On october 2002.Owner's name is Adam Sarvis. We have requested a service stop on July and hired a new person to cut our grass. By this time we owed him one month of payment which was for june for $70.

I understand that as it states in my contract early termination charge is one month of service fee. therefore, I owe short cuts 2 monhts of payment. I do have all the copies of the checks that he cashed on record. we even paid him $70 for july when he did not cut my grass for the full month. I have talked to his wife that works with him when I got back from overseas last month. She told me that she would bill me and I said ok just send me the bill and I will pay what I owe.

I have got an unexpected phone call from him last week. He was yelling, cussing, using very graffic and profound language saying he will come over and kick my a.... he will f..me up..and I owed him 4 months of payment!? that he put a lien on my house. First of all, I do not owe him 4 months of payment,that is a lie. he does not listen,I can not resolve this matter with him like a human. He is totaly unproffesional and throw threats at me. I will report him to the police department as well. He has no right to put a lien on my house. I pay avarage of 30 bills every month and I am never late. Again, I will pay what I owe him which is 2 month of payment.
