What is simply amazing is that the only thing that comes out of these showhomes.com, showhomes mouth is "been around for 3 decades and over 25,000 home sold..." can we have ONE Address? - An address that someone OTHER than the owners of the company or someone with a vested interest in Showhomes did successfully?
I had a VERY bad experience with these folks! They said they had someone ready to stage my home. Weeks went by and nothing. I tried to cancel the contract and they told me I have to pay $1150 for a cancellation fee.
So, I decided to go to the corporate office as listed on their website and contract. NO LUCK. I couldn't fit inside the 4"x4" mailbox at Mailboxes, Etc.

As the owner of SHowhomes Houston I want to be on record that I am unaware of this Home Owner named Johnathan. Although we do have a cancellation fee once my advertising and other expenses have been implemented if there is an early release from the contract requested UNLESS the owner has entered into a contract. Very Simple.
I enjoy working from home and since most of my time is spent out in the field I have tried the office route but I find a simple PO box is a good solution since I live in a SHowhome. Our corporate offices are in Nashville,Tennessee and the addresses are on the website. Please feel free to call me to discuss further and I will be more than happy to refer you to any of our satisfied Home Owners,Realtors, and Home Managers.
This is a disgruntled Home Manager who would not live up to the contract signed, although there are hundreds of Home Managers across the country that are fulfulling the very same contract and enjoying the benefits of Showhomes.
