Shri Chand cargo line inc of Colton CA hit my truck at a shipper in Lompoc CA on November 27th. The driver tried to leave the scene of the accident but was stopped by several employees after a big scene in the parking lot we exchanged information because he damaged my equipment. After contacting his brother Paul they agreed to pay the estimate for the repairs. After 2 months of trying to get paid for the repairs we had to turn the claim over to their insurance company Redwood Fire & Casualty Insurance Company. Shri Chand Cargo Line Inc has now denied the accident. This Trucking company needs to pay for the damage. Now they will not answer the phone and when they do answer they act as if they can not seek english. Just like he did at the scene of the accident.
