Another rip off from the Shutter and Blind factory. Usual Modus Operandi. Company sets up shop in San Diego. Places AD in Union Tribune. Takes my money, promises quick service, more lengthy delay, bait and switches you to a different product. I cancel order. Goes through hoops to get money. Still nothing. Shop location now close!!!

What gets me is the the fact that this Company: AKA Shutter and Blind Factory, Direct Blinds, Century Shutters, and so on and so on, is still in business. What really makes me mad is the fact that in spite of the numerous complaints and lawsuits from others like me, our esteemed District Attorneys and BBBs', which I am sure have heard of this Scam Artist before, have not hauled him in jail.

Instead, I get the same run around like the Scam Artist in question, file a complain, we will review you complaint...blah,blah,blah. I get the sinking feeling that these people with their pretty websites went to the same school...one for ripping off my hard earned money, the other for ripping me off my hard earned taxes for not doing their jobs. I don't get it!@# Im am now going through the same motions. Hopefully, I get my money back and better yet have the priveledge of seeing this Scam Artist go to jail.P.S., I am out $ 1998.87
