On 12/22/17 I purchased a pair of Jack Skellington shoes for a friend of mine for Christmas. I expected shipping to be slow as are most of these "niche" companies. After a few weeks I checked into it more and wanted to email support to find out what was happeneing with my order. The email never went through and gmail auto-retried several times without the reciever actually recieving the email. When I went to their website it was down stating "we'll be back soon." This was 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

I have the same story. I bought the Jack Skellington sneakers also this Christmas season. I never heard anything past my confirmation. I've emailed them numerous times with no response.
