I made several enquirys concerning my order, after having received a confirmation of mypurchase that informed me I couldtrack the progress of my order through the website I purchased it. When I could not find a login to the site in order to do so, I contact them for help locating this information. What I received was no answer to my question, but directions repeatedly to the terms and conditions and blaming my questions for delaying production. Below was their reply to me recent enquiry as to when I can expect shipment. I'll leave it up to you whether you feel their customer care in lacking from their response...

Your order is being processed and your jersey (s) is in production* now , once completed , it (they) will be inspected and shipped to you. Our shipments are sent with tracking for your protection. * Production: The normal production for jerseys is 7 days. If we can provide faster we will. Emailing us about production will only increase the production time. We want to get all clients their orders as fast as we can.
 
 
And as it says mesage to us do not get you your jersey faster, in fact they slow production because every time you send a email, the supplier pulls the jersey from production and holds it pending us telling them if a problem. And I know I have already told you this.
 
0ne email = one added day to production.
 
So you have now sent 7 emails delay the process(see below). Your order was placed on Sunday Nov 1, (holiday Nov 1,  2) placed into production Nov 3nd for 7 days production, since that date we have had 6 production days and 7 delays now pulled from shipping> So now the due date out of production is no later than Nov 23nd. And you selected Standard registered airmail which takes 15 to 21 days transit time.
 
Final delivery, if you let us finish production, will be no later than Dec 14th. If you had not delayed production it would have been before the end of November. Please stop delaying production and let us get this jersey shipped to you. We want to ship as fast as we can and will still do so. You just need to stop delaying the process.

You are apparently to ingnorant to understand English... Ive no need for "Terms of Sale"! I've asked you now, SEVERAL TIMES, where on your site I am supposed to be able to login and track the progress of my order? There is none!!!
