This company is a scam, avoid at all costs. i used their service for a few months, they supposedly sell you on how they have a "dedicated team" monitoring your site daily/weekly to make sure that your PPC is on target and they adjust it via computer and also manually via their team, well let me tell you, its complete lies! i was paying each month until one month the script they use to monitor the PPC spend got screwed up on our sites, sales were never good with their service, a small upswing but not worth the monthly fee, the kicker was when i found out over a month later from them that for a whole month not one person looked at my site to find out that the script was missing and they couldnt verify any of the work "they supposedly were monitoring weekly" instead of notifying me immediately that the service wasnt working properly due to a missing script on my site, they kept charging my credit card for a service they were lying about and were NOT monitoring for exactly 5 weeks!!

do not believe their sales pitch they are not doing what they say the are, they should have seen within a couple days at most that my site wasn't communicating with their servers but my only interaction with them was 5 weeks later. they apologized up and down via email and even gave me a month free but i wanted out of the scam they sell, they do not monitor your sites daily or even weekly like they advertise, i dont even beleive that there is a computer system / software system that they claim to have that supposedly monitors your site even exists otherwise that system should have notified them of a disconnect. i have emails to prove all of this, stay far away from sidecar!!
