The owner Alex lied to the credit card co about my claim. lied to me as a consumer regarding his low life product: (cheap low grade plaster)
Therefore the credit card co released the money to him:

I do not think your lies will work in Arizona.
I have talked to 10  pool builders they have never herd of his product or company.
Two of the pool builders have given me written statements for court..........
I had my pool replastered with Pebble Fina a far better proven product with a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY..............

It is sad that the Huckins are continuing their harassment on their failure to apply our coatings.  I do understand it is sometimes hard to admit a fault, but it is time for them to move to a more productive activity.  As well, filing multiple reports under different names is an immature attempt to defame Sider-Oxydro, Inc.

I would also like to add that they have tried to dispute the charge with their credit card company but it was ruled in our favor.
