June 10 2012 I purchased $1130 .00 of this plaster, all arrived after a week to my house in California. I emptied the pool and also purchased as Alex told me to purchase the resin m-50 to fix everything . So i did , we applied the first layer at 7:00 am till 11:00 am temperature 95 degree F. All dried up very quick and the 2nd coat we applied the next day morning at 7:00 am till 10:30 am temperature 97 degree F. with the high temperature of 97 degree day time at night we went in to the pool and walked around and checked that all is dry.
next day we start filling the pool with half inch hose. It took 37 hours for the pool to fill up. sure thing just like everyone else after 2 days i started to see some parts are bubbling. I called and Alex told me that this is only the cure time and will happen for a weeks till it cures. 4th and 5th day i see some parts are peeling of and called Alex again , same crap. And finally after week he tells me that I better empty the water from the pool and take off the upper layer and redo the upper layer and he will give me discount on the next pallet. He told me if i do not do that My pool pump and filter will be destroyed from all the defective materials.
Alex the crook, he thinks i am going to buy this defective plaster junk from him again and fall for his scam again. I am out of $4000.00. between the $1130.00 defective material that he sold me and 800.00 labor for 2 days and water bill, all the start up chemical for pool , sure thing my pool pump stopped working and my filter got clogged with concrete and became 350 pound garbage rock(cost $1600.00 to replace) lost $4000.00 total. I should have hired pool plaster company and spend $5000.00 and they would give me my dream pool with warranty.
DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE POOL PLASTER FROM SIDER -OXYDRO --ALEX THE LAIR IT DOES NOT WORK" DO NOT FALL FOR HIS SCAM . NOBODY IN CALIFORNIA HEARD OF THIS JUNK FLYBY SCAM COMPANY. REPORT THIS COMPANY TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. (BBB).

First I would like to extend our appreciation to Sgt Dave for his comment regarding the quality of
our products. Sgt Dave was in fact not compensated nor asked by our company to comment about Mr. Alfred Erfanians complaint.
Now, about Mr. Erfanians complaintit is actually a simple a very clear case of negligence on his part. About 9 months ago, Mr. Erfanian complained to his credit card to try to get a refund for his purchase. Unfortunately, Mr. Erfanian admitted by mistake in his complaint to the credit card company that he started to fill up his pool the same day he applied the material after he was instructed to wait at least 24 hours. Needless to say that the credit card company rejected his request for a refund.
Then he turned to the BBB and was dishonest by omitting in that complaint that he filled up the pool the same day. I see that Mr. Erfanian is lying in this complaint by writing that he filled up the pool the next day. But unfortunately for him we had a copy of his original complaint clearly stating that he filled the pool the same day of the application. By filling up his pool the same day when the material was not dry, Mr. Erfanian caused for the material to simply delaminate. Even after his admission, we still offered to supply material at cost to help Mr. Erfanian with his project. With hundreds of pools successfully refinished with our products and many happy customers, we understand that the occasional misstep is unavoidable. However, we will help you along the way to resolve any issues with an exemplary customer service.

I am a police officer in Texas ....4 years ago i built a swimming pool using a shotcrete machine...it is rather large with a 125 linear ft L shape. I cleaned the heck out of the concrete with muriatic acid and washed it afterwards with THP. I then used SiderOxyDro, plastered my pool slowly and correctly I have had the best luck, my pool is gorgeous, I am convinced that this product is great and MUST be applied correctly. I am planning on using this product overseas for another pool....Good Job Sider!
I am doing this not for one penny or compensation....I truly like this stuff!
