The way they rip you off on rent is explained below:

Let's say the rent is $189.05 per week with a daily rate of $27.01, and you pay from the 19th of September and want to be due first of October.  That's one week at $189.05 and 5 days at 27.01 which totals to $135.05, however, when you say due the 1st, they charge you for 6 days instead of the 5 for a total of $162.06.  When you arrive of the 1st the don't charge you from the 2nd they as they should, they again start from the 1st at 189.05 which equates to 27.01 per day and you are over charged that amount every time you pay rent.  In my case, I'm over-charge $54.02 per month.

Additionally, the water system on this property is so old that more often than not you're either without cold or hot water.
