sierra auto group cant fix cars right and clears codes and sells you junk chicago Illinois

i recently purchased a dodge ram from this dealership. i found a few small repairs were needed before i bought said truck. aka headlight, abs etc. after a few days i returned with down payment in hand. got the truck after they got done polishing it after replacing the battery. on my way home the check engine light came on. after getting the codes read i found out there was a misfire. so ok i replaced the spark plugs to no luck, swapped coil packs, even replaced the fuel injector. still persisted.

did a compression test, and found the source of the problem LOW COMPRESSION. so that means its either a head gasket, valve, or piston rings. so after i get my plates today i run into the so called boss man that was so friendly last time. tried telling me stuff that could cause it, i was making a joke out of him and he admitted he dont know cars. tried telling me to bring the truck up to have his techs check it out. but after they tripped a code changing a battery i dont even trust them to check tire pressure.

they never put a memory saver in when they changed the battery which could have erased ALL truck running and operating codes which are vital for it to even run. they can sell cars but they cant fix cars for sure. i live almost 2 hours away from them. if i was him id fire all their techs. nothing but worthless car washers anyways. clears codes to get sales. what a f**king joke, now im gonna spend well over $400 just to fix a misfire. and keep in mind im ASE certified ( automotive service excellence ). oh and he was going to try to put on parts from a JUNK yard to fix it, cheap basterd. and if they are smart enough to figure out who this is they better fix it.
